What the store says is inside

Steam app 5484030 uses this description: part artbook, part old-school game guide, 50-plus hand-designed pages of crime, guns, and police procedure, covering weapons, enemies, locations, mechanics, Endless Mode, and behind-the-scenes notes. The DLC’s official requirements explicitly say “Viewable in PDF format” and list 162 MB of available storage. That is the disk-space requirement, not a measured download size. It is the only DLC on the Steam app. The soundtrack is not a Steam DLC. On GOG the compendium is sold on its own (SGD 3.79 down to SGD 3.39 in the localized page) and is bundled into the Deluxe edition with the game and the soundtrack in MP3 and WAV.

Whether I would add it

Buy it if you want the setting on the page: guns, places, and the Endless notes the description promises. Skip it if you wanted a strategy layer the campaign does not have. The base game already tells you there are no puzzles and no campaign upgrades. The book does not change that.

Does Steam sell the soundtrack?
