COP BASTARD charge meter
Every kill adds charge. Spend it on slow motion, or stand over a dead yakuza and spit to heal. One review puts a full segment at 10 HP and both segments at about 25. Extra rounds into a corpse are Extreme Prejudice and raise the score.

How the meter is described
The 29 October launch post is the official wording: defeating enemies fills the meter, and you choose slow motion or a spit that returns health. Shooting an already dead target triggers Extreme Prejudice and adds score. A 11 October 2024 demo post called the same idea a Rage meter. Reviews also say rage meter or spite meter. I treat those as one system with three names.
The 10 HP and “about 25, sometimes 30” figures are from one Steam review, which also says the spit is on Tab and that labelled elite enemies return more health. Charge rate, slow-motion length, and dash cooldown are not in that review or the launch post, so those cells stay empty.
| Spend | What it does | Number | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slow motion | Bullet time | Duration not published | Launch post |
| Spit | Heal from a corpse | 10 HP per segment, one review | Launch post + 1 review |
| Extreme Prejudice | Score for shooting corpses | Points not published | Launch post |
| Dash | Mentioned with slow motion | Cooldown not published | Developer reply, 1 thread |
Dash, and whether slow motion is worth it
On the launch thread the developer wrote “Added slomo+dash” and “Yep! and dash with slomo!” I count that as the same person confirming a dash exists beside slow motion. I do not have a control diagram.
Hitbox calls the meter disappointing: heal plus spit, without a real change of pace. A Steam review says the heal is the better spend. Both can be true. I would not tell you the meter “transforms” the gunplay, because the people who finished it do not say that.
Questions
How do you charge the meter?
The launch post says defeating enemies fills it. A per-kill amount is not published.
How long does slow motion last?
No duration is published. Players who discuss the meter argue about whether to spend it at all, not about a second count.
