What the table does not cover

Will COP BASTARD run on a low-end PC?
The minimum line is Windows 10, 1000 MB RAM, and 1 GB of video memory. No reviewer has published a low-spec frame rate, so I will not promise 60 fps.
How big is the install?
Steam lists 5 GB for both the minimum and recommended columns.
